Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes. JNG Plumbing Group operates under a current NSW plumbing license and carries full public liability insurance. License number is displayed in our footer and on every quote.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency callouts for burst pipes, gas leaks, major drainage failures and total hot water failures. Call our main number any time and the call goes through to us, not an answering service.

Do you provide upfront pricing?

Yes. We give a clear quote before starting any work so you know exactly what the job will cost. No hidden charges, no surprise add-ons. If the job needs to expand once we're on-site, we discuss it with you before doing the extra work.

Do you service older homes in Padstow with original plumbing?

Yes. Much of Padstow's housing dates from the 50s to 70s and the original plumbing is now at end-of-life. We handle everything from patch repairs on copper and galvanised lines through to full replumbs in copper or PEX.

Do you cover both Padstow and Padstow Heights?

Yes, we work across both. Padstow Heights is just up the hill and we cover it on the same day if needed.

Can you clear blocked drains in Padstow without digging up the yard?

In most cases yes. High-pressure water jetting clears the line and CCTV inspection identifies any breaks. Only where a pipe is collapsed or severely cracked do we need to excavate, and even then we keep digs as small as possible.

Local to Padstow

Padstow is part of our regular run most weeks

We service Padstow regularly, working on properties around Howard Road, Faraday Road and the streets either side of Padstow station. The area's well within our regular service patch, so we know the streets and the housing stock.

The bulk of Padstow's housing went up between the late 50s and the 70s, which means we see a lot of homes where the original copper hot water lines have started to pit, where 70s-era electric storage units are still hanging on past their use-by, and where terracotta sewer lines through the front yard are slowly losing the fight against tree roots. We handle all of it.
